26. Rights of police and forest officers
(1) A police officer shall have the same rights and duties as a forest officer
and, when acting as such, shall be deemed a forest officer under this Act.
(2) A forest officer shall have, with regard to search warrants issued in
any suspected case of a breach of this or any other enactment concerning
State land, woods, forests or plantations, the same powers as a police officer.
