3A. SICOM to report to statutory body (1) SICOM shall report to every statutory body, not later than 2 months from the end of every financial year, by submitting electronically to the statutory body, a certified statement specifying – (a) the name of the former employees or former contractual employees of the statutory body; (b) the name of the beneficiary, other than any former employee or former contractual employee; and (c) the relationship of the person referred to in paragraph (a) with the beneficiary referred to in paragraph (b). (2) On receipt of a report under subsection (1), the statutory body shall examine the report and, where necessary, send any query to SICOM. (3) SICOM shall reply to a query under subsection (2) not later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of that query.
