3A. SICOM to report to statutory body
(1) SICOM shall report to every statutory body, not
later than 2 months from the end of every (cid:191)nancial year, by
submitting electronically to the statutory body, a certi(cid:191)ed
statement specifying –
(a) the name of the former employees or
former contractual employees of the
statutory body(cid:30)
(b) the name of the bene(cid:191)ciary, other than any
former employee or former contractual
employee(cid:30) and
(c) the relationship of the person referred to in
paragraph (a) with the bene(cid:191)ciary referred
to in paragraph (b).
(2) On receipt of a report under subsection (1), the
statutory body shall examine the report and, where necessary,
send any query to SICOM.
(3) SICOM shall reply to a query under
subsection (2) not later than 10 working days from the
date of receipt of that query.
(b) in the First Schedule, by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical
order, the following new item and its corresponding entry –

The Sugar Industry Ef(cid:191)ciency (Amendment) Act 2016 is amended,
in section 18(3)(i) –
(a) in subparagraph (iii), by repealing the proposed new
subsection (1B)(cid:30)
(b) by repealing subparagraph (v).
