15. Conditions of service of staff
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make such rules as it
thinks fit to govern the conditions of service of its officers and employees
and, in particular, to deal with—
(a) the appointment, dismissal, discipline, pay and leave of, and the
security to be given by, officers and employees;
(b) appeals by officers and employees against dismissal and other
disciplinary measures;
(c) the establishment and maintenance of provident and pension
fund schemes and the contributions payable and the benefits
recoverable.
