55. Regulations made by Minister
(1) The Minister may, by regulations—
(a) amend the Schedules to give effect to any recommendation
which the Board may make following the advice of the consulting actuary;
(b) give effect to any recommendation made by the Board under
section 49.
(2) Regulations made under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette and in 2 daily newspapers.
