54. Burden of proof
In any proceedings—
(a) by an insured against a decision of the Board under section 32 (1), the onus of proving that the cultivation and maintenance of the cane plantations had not been neglected; or
(b) by an insured dissatisfied with the assessment made by the
Board under section 26, the onus of proving that the basis on
which the assessment was made is incorrect,
shall lie on the insured.
