5. Rules
(1) Subject to subsection (3), the Board may—
(a) make such rules as it thinks fit for the purposes of this Act;
(b) amend the Rules.
(2) (a) All rules made by the Board of Management shall be subject to
the approval of two thirds of the members present and voting at a general
meeting convened for the purpose.
(b) The quorum for such a meeting shall be two thirds of the members of the Association.
(3) The rules made by the Board shall be confirmed by the Registrar of
Associations.
