4. Board of Management
The affairs of the Association shall be administered by a Board of Management, consisting of the President of the Association, the Vice-President,
the Secretary, the Joint Secretary, the Treasurer and the Assistant Treasurer
of the Association and 9 other members to be elected in accordance with the
Rules.
