7. Power of Board to act
(1) The Board may act notwithstanding any vacancy among its members,
provided the number of the members is not reduced below 6.
(2) The Board may, every financial year, appoint committees from among
its members, and may delegate to any committee so appointed any of its
powers other than the power to borrow money or to pledge, mortgage, or
create a charge on, its property.
(3) Every committee appointed under subsection (2) shall report its proceedings to the Board and shall comply with the Board’s directions, and shall
cease to hold office at the expiry of the financial year for which it was
appointed.
