9B. Warehouse Fund
(1) The Board shall establish a Warehouse Fund—
(a) into which shall be paid the proceeds from the sale of leaf tobacco and other income related to warehouse operations; and
(b) out of which all payments required to be made in respect of leaf
tobacco and warehouse operations shall be effected.

(2) Any sum standing to the credit of the Building and Equipment Fund
shall, at the commencement of this section, vest in the Warehouse Fund.
