9C. Accounts and audit (1) The Board shall, not later than 3 months before the commencement of each financial year, submit to the Minister an estimate of its income and expenditure for that financial year. (2) The Board shall, not later than 6 months after the close of every financial year, forward to the Minister a report on the activities of the Board together with its audited accounts in respect of that financial year. (3) The Board shall furnish to the Minister such information with respect to the activities of the Board, in such manner and at such time, as he may specify. (4) The Minister shall, at the earliest available opportunity, lay on the table of the National Assembly a copy of the annual report and audited accounts referred to in subsection (2).
