109. Owner’s right to wreck
The owner of any wreck in the possession of the Authority shall—
(a) on establishing his claim on the wreck to the satisfaction of the
Authority; and
(b) on paying the fee, expenses and any other charges for removal
of the wreck,
be entitled to have the wreck, or the proceeds of sale of the wreck, delivered
up to him.
