110. Unclaimed wreck
Where no person establishes a claim as owner of any wreck in the possession of the Authority within 45 days from the date of the posting up or
last publication referred to in section 108 (2) whichever is the later after it
comes into the Authority's possession, the Authority shall—
(a) sell or cause to be sold the wreck and pay the proceeds into the
General Fund; or
(b) may dispose of the wreck where it is of the opinion that the
wreck does not have any market value.
