120. Appeal
(1) Where a person is aggrieved by any decision of the Authority, he
may, within 21 days of the notification to him of the decision of the Authority, appeal against that decision before the Tribunal.
(2) The Tribunal may hear and determine the appeal as though it were a
civil matter.
(3) No appeal to the Tribunal shall have for effect the suspension of any
decision of the Authority.
(4) Sections 6 to 12 of the Regulatory Authorities Appeal Tribunal Act
shall, as far as appropriate, apply to an appeal made under subsection (1).
