31A. Display of tourist enterprise licence
(1) Any person who runs or carries on a tourist enterprise in fixed premises shall display a copy of his tourist enterprise licence at a conspicuous
place in his premises.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall commit an offence
and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than 3,000 rupees and
not exceeding 25, 000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
one year.
