52. Registration on death of owner or purchase at public auction
Where—
(a) the owner of a pleasure craft dies; or
(b) a pleasure craft is purchased or acquired at a public auction,
the person who becomes the owner of the pleasure craft shall, within 30
days of becoming the owner, give notice of the fact to the Authority and
register the pleasure craft, on payment of the prescribed fee, in his name
within that same time period.
