67. Entry of dwelling house
(1) A Magistrate may, upon being satisfied that the authorised officer
should enter a dwelling house for the reasons specified in section 66, issue a

warrant authorising the authorised officer to enter the dwelling house to
search for and examine the pleasure craft.
(2) A warrant issued under this section shall be valid for the period stated
in the warrant.
