91. Operating pleasure craft without light
(1) No pleasure craft or exempt pleasure craft shall be allowed in a navigational area between sunset and sunrise, unless there is attached to it such
lights, lamps and reflectors as may be prescribed.
(2) Any person who operates or is in charge of, or permits any other person
to operate or to be in charge of, a pleasure craft or exempt pleasure craft in a
navigational area between sunset and sunrise without having affixed to it the
prescribed light, lamp or reflector, shall commit an offence and, shall, on
conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than 1,000 rupees and not exceeding 10,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months.
