12. Deposit of an outline scheme
(1) Where an outline scheme has been prepared, a copy of it shall be
deposited in such place as the Board shall decide.
(2) Notice of deposit under subsection (1) shall be published by the Board
in the Gazette and in 2 daily newspapers which shall be approved by the
President.
(3) Any person may, within 3 months of the date of the notice of the
deposit, inspect and make representations to the Board respecting the scheme.
