26. Publication of application
(1) The Investigating Authority shall avoid, unless a decision has been
made to initiate an investigation, any publicity on the application for the initiation of an investigation.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Investigating Authority shall,
upon receipt of an application under section 24, promptly notify the government of each exporting country concerned.
