33. Disclosure of application (1) Subject to section 36, the Investigating Authority shall, as soon as the investigation is initiated, provide the full text of the written application under section 24 toβ€” (a) the known exporters, foreign producers and to the authorities of the exporting country; and (b) any other interested party, upon request. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), where the number of exporters involved is particularly high, the Investigating Authority may provide a copy of the written application to the relevant trade association of the exporting country.
