51. Written arguments (1) In an investigation in which no hearing is requested, any interested party may submit, not later than 45 days before the date proposed for the final determination, written arguments concerning any matter it considers relevant to the investigation. (2) In an investigation in which a hearing is held, any interested party may submit not later than 10 days before the scheduled date of the hearing, written arguments concerning any matter it considers relevant to the investigation. (3) Any interested party who participated in the hearing may, within 10 days of the hearing, submit further written arguments in response to arguments and information presented at the hearing.
