52. Hearings (1) The Investigating Authority shall, upon request made by an interested party not later than 30 days after publication of the preliminary determination, fix a hearing at which all interested parties may submit information and arguments. (2) A hearing shall be held not later than 60 days prior to the date proposed for the final determination. (3) An interested party who intends to appear at the hearing shall notify the Investigating Authority, not less than 7 days before the date of the hearing of the names of representatives and witnesses who will attend the hearing.
