18. Offences
(1) Any employer who—
(a) fails to comply with any direction of the Board under section 13 (7) or 14 (6);
(b) —
(c) fails to register himself under this Act,
shall commit an offence.
(2) Any person who—
(a) commits an offence under this Act; or
(b) contravenes any regulations made under this Act,
shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 75,000 rupees or to
imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
