2. Regulations
(1) Where under article 41 of the Charter of the United Nations, the
Security Council of the United Nations calls upon the Government of Mauritius to apply a measure to give effect to a decision of that Council, the
President may make such regulations as he thinks fit to enable the measure
to be effectively applied.
(2) No regulations made under this Act shall be held to be invalid on the
ground that they deal with a matter already provided for by an enactment or
on the ground of repugnancy to any other enactment.
