21. Regulations
Subject to the Statutes, the Senate may make regulations relating to—
(a) teaching, schemes of instruction, study and research;

(b) the conditions under which persons may be permitted to follow
and to continue to follow schemes of instruction, study and
research;
(c) the conduct and discipline of students;
(d) the use of the library;
(e) the conduct of examinations;
(f) the award of degrees, diplomas and other academic distinctions.
