8. Meetings of Board
(1) The Board shall regulate its meetings in such manner as it thinks fit.
(2) The Board shall meet—
(a) at the request of the Chairperson, at such time and place as he
may determine; and
(b) in any event, at least once every 2 months.
(3) Four members shall constitute a quorum.
