9. Committees set up by Board
(1) The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, set up such committees as may be necessary to assist it in the performance of its duties.
(2) Any committee set up under subsection (1) shall—
(a) be for a definite duration;
(b) keep minutes of its meetings;
(c) keep the Board informed of its activities.
(3) The members of any committee set up under subsection (1) shall be
paid such fees or allowances as the Board may determine.
