21. Disciplinary measures following conviction
(1) Where a person is convicted of an offence involving infamous conduct in the exercise of his calling as a veterinary surgeon, the Council may
censure him in any manner specified in section 20.
(2) Where a veterinary surgeon is convicted of an offence involving
fraud, dishonesty or infamous conduct in the exercise of his calling, the
Council may, after giving him an opportunity to show cause why disciplinary
measures should not be taken against him, censure him in any manner specified in section 20.
