22. Duty of disclosure
Every member of the Council who is closely related to a veterinary surgeon whose conduct, act or omission is under investigation, and every member who has any pecuniary or other personal interest in the subject-matter of
the investigation, shall disclose his relationship or interest, as the case may
be, and refrain from participating in the investigation.
