24. Appeals
(1) A veterinary surgeon who is aggrieved by a decision of the Council
under section 20 or 21 may, within 21 days of being notified of such decision, appeal to the Supreme Court.
(2) An appeal under subsection (1) shall be made in such manner as may
be provided by rules made by the Supreme Court.
