21. Restriction on issue of game licences
(1) No game licence shall be issued to—
(a) a minor; or
(b) a person who has, within the 5 years preceding the date of the
application, been convicted of an offence under this Act.
(2) No game licence shall be issued to a gamekeeper except with the
written consent of that gamekeeper’s employer.
