22. Transfer of game licences
(1) Subject to subsection (2), no game licence shall be transferable.
(2) (a) The Commissioner of Police may, on the application of the employer of a gamekeeper, transfer the game licence of that gamekeeper to
another gamekeeper in the service of that employer.
(b) Where a game licence is transferred under paragraph (a), the
name of the new gamekeeper shall be endorsed on the licence by the Commissioner of Police.
