27. Powers of officers in relation to offenders
(1) Where an officer has reasonable grounds to believe that a person has
committed, or is committing, an offence under this Act, the officer may require that person to state his full name and address.
(2) Where a person is found committing an offence within any reserved
land, an officer may require that person to leave the reserved land.
(3) Any person who, when required under this section to state his full
name and address, fails or refuses to do so or gives a name or address that
is false, shall commit an offence.
(4) Any person who, when required under this section to leave any land,
refuses to do so, shall commit an offence.
