35A. Attorney’s fees
A person who acts as attorney for a workman in any proceedings under
this Act shall be entitled to such fees as may be awarded by the Court, but
subject to this Act, no attorney shall claim, or receive, as fees, from a
workman any money or other reward for any act done or services rendered
in any such proceedings.
