36. Permanent Secretary may institute proceedings
(1) The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry responsible for the subject
of labour, or any person authorised by him in writing in that behalf, may institute any proceedings in his own name on behalf of a workman in respect
of an application for compensation under this Act.
(2) Any costs awarded against the Permanent Secretary in any such proceedings shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund.
