3B. Permanent incapacity and temporary incapacity
In this Act—
“permanent incapacity” means a permanent inability to perform the
work at which the workman was employed at the time of the accident, or
to earn in any other trade or form of employment, for which he may be
suited, wages at a rate at least equal to his average weekly wages before
the accident, and includes serious disfigurement;
“temporary incapacity” means a temporary inability to perform the
work at which the workman was employed at the time of the accident.
