50. Inducing or compelling President in the exercise of any lawful power Any person who, by force or violence, induces or compels the President to exercise or refrain from exercising in any manner any of the powers vested in him by law, shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to penal servitude for life or, where the Court is satisfied that compelling reasons exist which justify the imposition of a lesser sentence and has specified the reasons on the record of the proceedings, for a term not exceeding 60 years.
