51. Stirring up war against the State
Any person who stirs up war against the State shall commit an offence
and shall, on conviction, be sentenced to penal servitude for life or, where
the Court is satisfied that compelling reasons exist which justify the imposition of a lesser sentence and has specified the reasons on the record of the
proceedings, for a term not exceeding 60 years.
