6. Grant of permit
(1) After considering the application and any objection, the Board may,
subject to the approval of the Minister, refuse to grant a permit or may issue
a permit on such terms and conditions as it may determine and for such
period, not exceeding 20 years, as it may specify.
(2) The duration of the permit and the conditions subject to which it is
granted shall be specified in the permit.
