106. Regulations
(1) The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Any regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for the—
(a) inspection of registers and documents kept by the Registrar and
the making of copies of any entries therein;
(b) records to be kept by trade unions;
(c) levying of fees and charges; and
(d) amendment of the Schedules.
