105. Jurisdiction
(1) Notwithstanding section 114 of the Courts Act and section 72 of the
District and Intermediate Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act, but subject to
section 95, a Magistrate—
(a) shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act; and
(b) may impose any penalty provided by this Act.
(2) Subject to section 95, the Intermediate Court shall have jurisdiction
to try an offence under this Act.

(3) No order, award, recommendation or other decision made by the Tribunal, Commission or Board, outside the delays provided for in this Act, may
be challenged or declared invalid for such reason.
