104. Offence by employers Any employer who contravenes section 29 (3), 30, 40 (8), 43 (2), 44 (3), 45 (b), (d), (e) (ii), 50 (2), (3), (4), 56 (8) or 80 (2) shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees.
