83. Legal effect of strike on contract of employment
(1) The contract of employment of a worker shall not be deemed to be
broken by reason of his participation in a strike which is not unlawful.
(2) A worker shall not be entitled to any remuneration while he is on
strike unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
