84. Civil and criminal immunity
Any act done by a person in furtherance of a labour dispute in conformity
with this Act shall not render that person criminally or civilly liable on the
ground only that the act—
(a) may prevent or has prevented any other person from performing
a contract;
(b) is an interference with the trade or employment of any other
person; or
(c) is an interference with the right of another person to dispose of
his capital or labour as he so wishes.
