89. Reference by Minister
(1) The Minister may refer to the Commission any question relating to
employment relations generally or to employment relations in any particular
industry, and the Commission shall enquire into and report upon any
question so referred.

(2) The report of the Commission on any question referred to it under
subsection (1) may be published in such manner as the Minister may, after
consultation with the Commission, determine.
