6. Appeal against survey
(1) Any person who is dissatisfied with a determination under section 5
which affects any property of which he is the owner or occupier may, within
21 days of the last publication of a notice under section 5, appeal against
the determination to the Supreme Court within such time and in such manner
as may be provided by rules made by the Supreme Court for the purpose.
(2) The Supreme Court may, on an appeal under subsection (1), make
such order as it thinks fit.
