7. Deposit of survey and plan
(1) The Registrar shall—
(a) within 30 days of the last publication of a notice under section 5; or
(b) where an appeal is made under section 6, on the determination
of the appeal,
deposit in the office of the Chief Surveyor, the survey and plan subject to such
alterations as may have been ordered, on appeal, by the Supreme Court.
(2) In any proceedings relating to a mountain reserve, a copy of a plan
deposited under section 5 and signed by a surveyor may be received in evidence in lieu of the original plan.
