9. Term of office
(1) A member appointed under section 6 (a) or (f) shall hold office for
3 years and shall be eligible for reappointment.
(2) The appointment of a member under section 6 (a) or (f) shall not be
terminated except for a reason specified in section 37 (3) (b) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Act.
