145. Property and proceedings(cid:3)
(1) Any attachment, sequestration, distress or execution put in force
against the assets of a company after the commencement of a creditors’
winding up shall be void.(cid:3)
(2) No action or proceeding shall, after the commencement of a winding
up, be proceeded with or commenced against the company except by leave
of the Court and subject to such terms as the Court thinks appropriate.(cid:3)
